Dorothy Menacho began her real estate career in 1979 when she took the Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing Class, passed the State Exam for her Real Estate License in early 1980 & has been working in Real Estate ever since. Dorothy achieved her Florida Real Estate Broker License in 1988, opened her own office in Leesburg, Florida in 1993. Her company became incorporated as Menacho Realty, Inc.

Mrs. Menacho is a graduate of Leesburg Senior High School & Lake Sumter Community College, both in Leesburg, Florida. She is currently working on her BA in Business Administration from St. Leo University, Florida. Dorothy believes in continuing education and staying active in the community. She has taken several specialty courses in Real Estate Property Management & Sales and has contributed to magazine articles such as the one in the March 2009 issue of Florida Association of Realtor Magazine
